Responsibilities - Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and answering queries and requests via email, telephone, website and providing general support to guests and visitors
- Has considerable experience in operation of office equipment, organising and ordering equipment inventories, office supplies and perishables
- Prepare regular scheduled reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and form
- Develop and maintain filing/archiving system/s
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
- Book & coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain professionalism by attending training and workshops
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Resolve administrative problem
- Handle other centre-related administrative tasks
Prerequisites - At least 3 years of relevant working experience in administration
- Proficient in MS Office (including Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Knowledge of MS Access or database will be advantageous
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and attention to details
- Good in time management, multi-tasking and work prioritisation
- Good in communication and interpersonal skills
