The B2B marketing executive will be driving Singtel TV for business and supporting the team in developing marketing strategies and acquisition campaigns to drive SingNet in the SME market. The role involves gaining a thorough understanding of the products and services, analyzing database to drive outreach campaigns, building out the collateral and executing campaigns and events to continuously expand the footprint to help drive leads.
The ideal candidate must have strong communications skills, be resourceful & self-motivated. He/She must be results-driven and is responsible to meet meet overall market share, drivers and revenue targets.
Desired Skills & Experience - Understanding the range of products available in the market is a must.
- Demonstrated the ability to work in a team environment while working independently to deliver monthly targets.
- Good oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proactive with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Capable of doing in-depth analysis, to provide insights to customer trends, market needs and possible packages to address gaps identified
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including those individual task and team task.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Powerpoint.
- Customer service oriented with passion for high customer satisfaction and achieving operational excellence; ability to interact with all levels of staff including senior management
- Must be able to demonstrate attention to accuracy on all duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities - Responsible for revenue and drivers for Singtel TV and SingNet for SME business.
- Drive acquisition of in the SME segment through ATL, BTL and events.
- Understand and analyze customer profile to develop targeted marketing activities
- Conceptualization of innovative marketing plans, GTM programs and tactical promotions to deliver SingTelās brand promise and create positive customer experience.
- Implementation of end-to-end marketing programs (eg major launches, tactical GTM programs, BTL programs etc) by working with external and internal stakeholders in identifying target segments, product positioning, pricing and packaging.
- Project manage programs by working effectively with cross functional units like Sales, CustCare, Finance, IS/Billing, Product Development and Network Operations to meet business objectives.
- Work with legal, regulatory and external industry bodies to ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and industry requirements where required.
- To keep abreast of technology trends and capitalize on opportunities to drive innovation as well as monitor the competitive landscape to stay ahead of the competition.
- Responsible for management reporting of product performance and drivers.
- Manage A&P expenses and keep within budget
- Various other duties, projects and responsibilities may fall under this role as and when needed
Requirements - Diploma certificate
- 2 to 3 years of marketing experience
- Good excel Skills
- Good powerpoint skills
