Main purpose of Job: - Build the MBS and collaborate with HQ in the distributors’ contracts design
- Interface with the distributors in the Region cluster by supporting them in managing the development, evolution and profitable growth of the Nespresso business (all channels)
- Lead business development in distributor's terrorities by establishing and developing marketing plan and organisation in collaboration with appointed distributors
- Secure contract execution by acting as the custodian through proper implementation of NESPRESSO Business Strategy/International Guidelines
Your main responsibilities would include:
Build the set-up and contract renewal:
- Support the design of the distributors' structure
- Set yearly quantitative and qualitative objectives, detailed by channel
- Build a yearly marketing plan describing activities that Nespresso will support financially and functionally
- Report clear assessment of the ending contract mandate
- Recommend contract improvements and/or potential new distributors
Define & Perform Project Management to Develop Growth
- Define scope and allocates tasks and responsibilities, timings and budgets of the project
- Ensure proper execution & roll-out of projects ie. Training Boutique Opening, B2b rollout, Rcycling, delivery services etc.
- Ensure acceleration of B2C Vietnam and opening of Indonesia
- Overall Project Management for implementation for Agents/Distributor (9-12 months) encompassing HQ functions (e.g. HR, IS/IT, FC, B2C Channels, SC, TQM/Quality, B2B, Legal, Customer), NIM and Distributor PM team
- Initiate, manage and secure the roll out of other, new cross functional commercial projects in close collaboration with HQ functions and Asia
- Define and implement the local Business Strategy based on international framework and drive the distributors to achieve it
- Be the interface with the distributors in the Region cluster by supporting them in managing the development, evolution and profitable growth of the Nespresso business (varioius channels)
- Be the custodian of the contract execution through a proper implementation of NESPRESSO Business Strategy/International Guidelines
Define and perform in marketing campaign management to develop growth
- Define targets, propose mechanics, timing and budget
- Ensure proper execution and roll out of campaign. i.e. new Product or service Launch
Support distributor in negotiation with key partners (trade, malls, corporations, key accounts)
- Prepare sales speech and business proposals
- Ensure proper execution of the negotiation outcome
Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including NMLP, Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and local regulations.
- Deal with contracts with Distributors
Distributors' relationship management
The ideal candidate should have: - Prior experience of successful BDM experience at Nespresso is a plus
- More than 10 years in ecommerce and business operations experience in Sales, trade marketing or marketing
- Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
- Stakeholder Management in a matrix organization
- People management experience is a must, in leading and managing cross functional team
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a matrix organization managing very different stakeholders
- Skilled Negotiator
