Job Description Training & Development Intern
The role requires you to:-
1) Analyse the client's training needs
2) Determine suitable training programmes & methods
3) Communicate with client's on the interventions taken & it's impact
If you write well, have an eye for detail, have a psychology or human resources background, is hardworking and driven, able to work independently, highly resourceful & sets high standards - you would be a great fit!
You will report to the Lead Consultant.
Internship requirements and remuneration package:
5 days / week - Monday to Friday
Commitment period of at least 3 months
$500 monthly negotiable
