Lead and champion quality process improvements
Consolidate global R&D quality results to stakeholders
Identify systemic weakness in development process and initiate corrective action
Provides support to colleagues in different countries
Being an integral part of the global team to support & deploy Business Unit initiatives

Job Requirements Requirements: Degree/Masters in Engineering, or a related discipline, preferably with specialization or related experience in quality.
At least 10 years of applicable working experience.
Experience in leading the roll-out of global initiatives
Proficiency in Agile framework, JIRA and related tools
Experience in R&D/Manufacturing/Production lifecycle & processes
Experience in quality framework (CMMI/CMM, ISO9001, ASPICE), process auditing is a definite advantage.
Ability to solve problems creatively.
Has the ability to collaborate & communicate effectively with other departments.
Continuous improvement mindset and a strong interest in quality & process improvement.
Willing to travel overseas for training and/or projects on short notice.
