Job Description IT Interns are required to:
- Perform basic level 1 troubleshooting for desktop, PCs & various IT equipment
- Perform basic daily IT operations duties
- Provide basic phone/remote/on-site support for in house and users
- Perform IT inventory and vendor management (escalation)
- Perform technical documentation work
