Corporate Administration & Infrastructure Department
The Corporate Administration & Infrastructure Department (CAID) is responsible for managing the workspace of GIC’s offices in 10 locations, procuring office goods and services and market data, implementing enterprise digital workplace solutions, and managing the business continuity management programme. In CAID, we challenge boundaries on how to provide an excellent experience for our employees at work and to enhance our effectiveness and efficiency.
We are looking for a suitable candidate to join the Digital Workplace Solutions team as an AVP/VP.
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for leading digital initiatives aimed at enhancing the workplace experience of our employees as well as supporting the execution of our change management and sustainability strategies across the work place. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Digital Initiatives
- Employing proven methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent and repeatable implementation of digital initiatives in our workplace (e.g. IOT)
- Identifying risks and challenges and work with the leads and impacted stakeholders to mitigate risks, identify obstacles, and develop strategies to progress forward.
- Champion the use of data as a means to drive better decision making to provide to elevate the employee experience in our workplace and to improve overall efficiency in our processes.
- Developing relationships with business leaders, internal stakeholders and technology teams, especially with our key partner – the Workplace Management team
- Leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver on agreed objectives.
Change Management & Sustainability
- Creating change management strategies and communication plans to bring the organization along the change journey for the department’s initiatives.
- Increase the awareness and adoption of sustainability practices amongst our staff in GIC
Requirements: - At least 10 years of work experience in the field of program / project management or change management
- Proven track record in leading cross functional teams to implement initiatives and management of multiple stakeholders
- Passion for creative problem solving especially related to digital technologies and human behaviours
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the field of project management, process improvement and change management
- Comfortable in translating large data sets into insights that drives business improvements.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite of Products
- Experience working with Tableau preferred
