Job Description We are looking for energetic interns who would love to be a part of the start-up ecosystem and learn how products and teams get built from the ground up. You will be solving some of the most challenging problems together with the founders of the company and have a great time learning new stuff!
Business operations:
Some of your key responsibilities include:
Head Hunting: Onboarding potential transcribes, quality managers and data cleaning people from multiple backgrounds. Identify key people for each assignment and engage with them.
Workflow Management: Get involved in operations and optimize company resources to design well structured to deal with a growing customer base.
Quality control: Play a key role in managing people and assess the quality of their work.
Some key skills that will be super handy are:
- You are eager to be a part of the start-up community in Singapore and are keen to take initiative
- You like to be extremely creative with ideas and learn and adapt very quickly
- You have strong analytical skills and possess excellent communication ability
- You can work independently and confidently deliver results
- Entrepreneurial and curious mindset will be a plus
- Proactive, goal-oriented individuals who take pride in what they do would be a great fit!
