JOB DESCRIPTION Job Responsibilities - Ensure smooth operations of all aspects of store including purchasing of materials and co-ordinating of deliveries.
- Maintain good housekeeping as well as workplace safety and stock security.
- Perform transactions in SP systems.
- Perform reverse logistics for returns and non-compliance.
- Scrap management within plant (Metal, Lubs, General, Cartons. etc)
- Conduct cycle count as well as annual stock-take.
- Co-ordinate and plan inter-branch store transfers within the company
- Maintain and file all in-coming and out-going documents
- Generate monthly report to superior.
- Able to take on ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements - To ensure all movements of materials are physically accounted and updated in system
- Accountable for inventory accuracy.
- Management, supervise and train logistics officers within the branch
- Candidate familiar with WMS and barcoding, SAP as well as with purchasing experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should have a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and/or forklfit license.
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Braddell.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
