Alangkaar is an Events & Media company based in Singapore. Focusing on photography, videography, gowns, decorations, etc. Our primary clientele is Indians in Singapore. The director is looking for a personal assistant to handle administrative duties.
Job Description - Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, PR/marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must
- Assist client in gown trying
- Skilled in task management.
- Organized, detail-oriented and can manage time effectively with prioritization skills.
- Able to organize and manage large amounts of emails, requests, tasks, schedules and information.
- Track and update company expenses
Job Roles
- manage Directors Schedule
- Respond to leads immediately
- Handle Social Media Posting
- Conduct interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
- Work with the team to Quality control and ensure all work is satisfactory.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job is 5 days a week Monday to Friday
Saturday and Sunday will be required to work if there is gown tryings
