Job Responsibilities - Drive credit card portfolio optimization and implement portfolio actions across the lifecycle of cardholders, especially for revolvers
- Lead and manage financials forecast for cards portfolio including identifying insights for Business opportunities, profitability
- Regularly tracks portfolio performance by analyzing portfolio KPIs
- Understand propensity models, segmentation tools and develop marketing strategies to cultivate revolving balances and cross-sell
- Establish digital journeys design and digital adoption of portfolio products to increase engagement
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to manage and implement key initiatives timely
- Monitor market trends, opportunities, challenges including competitive landscape
- Perform consumer and market data analysis for decision assessment and opportunities
- Drive Portfolio related systems enhancements and testing where required
Job Requirements - Degree in Banking/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent with at least 5-8 years of experience in banking
- Understanding of key business drivers and competitive trends in the unsecured lending industry
- Self-driven and has strong managerial and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills both written and oral
- Excellent communication & influencing skills a must
- Ability to build good rapport both internally and externally and collaborate with partners across all levels of management
