Job Description - Not afraid of approaching clients
- Perform events and roadshows planning
- Actively communicating with colleagues to maintain a productive work
- Develop and implement effective strategies and plans to meet sales objectives and targets
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Be the “Face of the Company" for customers by providing regular communication, addressing concerns, registering complains and leveraging opportunities to deliver customers satisfaction.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
