SRO is responsible for place management of the entire Singapore River precinct – including Boat Quay, Clarke Quay, and Robertson Quay. It is the intent of SRO that the river is managed as one precinct – one destination – with specialized programs and service delivery methods.
Job Description Project Assistant reports to the Partnerships and Marketing Department + Place Management Department and is responsible for:
- Provision of research direction and assist in strategy for marketing and marcomms campaigns
- Assist with Place Management operations
- Assist Marcomm Manager in the management of campaign timelines
- Support in creating all external communications from SRO including but not limited to press releases, letters to the editor, a monthly EDM, email responses to stakeholders etc
- Assist Marcomm Manager in developing and implementing public relations & communications strategies to generate media coverage for Singapore River One and its members across all media (traditional and new)
- Assist Marcomm Manager in managing and updating the company’s digital platforms including social media, website and mobile app including content management and creation
- Assist in the management of agencies (creative, social media, PR) and vendors (printers, website) where applicable
- Assist Marcomm Manager in proof-reading and proof-checking all out-going SRO written collateral
- Assist in management and marketing of SRO events, promotions and campaigns
- Working closely on other projects as needed
