Job Responsibilities - Support Business Manager in the Payment projects through workflow design, documentation, system testing etc
- Develop, manage and initiate activities to increase the FX volume and team budget through embedding FX service across banking and non-banking products and services
- Have in-depth understanding of the FX and payment market
- Conducts market research and intelligence on on competitor's offerings
- Assemble and organise large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
- Design simple models to analyze data promptly
- Prepares sales and product performance reports
- Act as the primary point of contact of requests and resolving daily FX and payment issues
- Originate and market FX structures and FX options to Wealth segment
- Provide product advisory, training and trade recommendations
- Support execution and delivery of treasury products
- Develop controls and mechanism to manage business risk.
Requirements - Degree holder from reputable university, preferably having studied accounts, banking and finance related modules and economics
- Experience in marketing or trading in treasury-related products is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish good rapport with colleagues and stakeholders
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment
