Job Description Projects planning & projects management. Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Act as a point of contact for our employees, suppliers and clients. Under minimal supervision.
Must be able to handle the following tasks to be as efficient as possible:
Scheduling
Organizing
Record-keeping
Monitoring progress
Tracking paperwork
Updating team members and the Director of Alliance
Managing information flow
Basic computer skills like Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are required.
5 days work/week.
Singaporeans/PRs are preferred due to quota issues.
