In this role, you will spearhead the delivery of transformation initiatives and system changes on the Compliance domain across the Bank. You will devise the digital roadmap including the user requirements gathering, UAT tests through to implementation using Machine Learning, NLP and Analytics.
With a strong change mindset and influencing skills, you are capable of managing multiple stakeholders across technology, compliance and senior management in a collaborative and persuasive way on effective delivery on objectives.
To succeed in this role, you should be an innovative, solution-oriented and big picture individual. You should possess a bachelor degree or equivalent with at least 8 years’ relevant experience in technological change and projects management. Strong project management skills and hands-on experience in delivery of projects on Agile is a plus. Familiar with new technologies such as Data Analytics, Python, visualization dashboards (Tableau, Qlikview), Cloud etc.
