- Campaign Planning, and Management (30%)
» Support campaign/project briefs, conceptualise and recommend digital outreach strategy and media plans to business units (BUs).
» contact with media vendor for campaign budgeting, KPI planning, content implementation, and reporting.- Account/ Project Management (30%)
» Work with business units to determine their products’ unique selling proposition.
» Manage projects and pace through establishing rapport, timelines and deadlines; ensure all best practices are being implemented
» Ensure campaign /project parameters, deliverables, results and expectations of business units are met and managed.
» Check all campaign deliverables, artworks, web tracking, tagging are in place, including conducting website UATs. - Marketing and Business Insights Reporting (30%)
» Collect, maintain data insights,and analyse effectiveness of different channels to uncover trends, user behaviour/ preferences and make recommendations to business teams, enabling them to make decisions on key initiatives impacting priorities for improvement and growthPerform ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different campaigns.
» Empower teams with data driven insights that will support marketing strategy, content creation and activation plans.- Social Media Management (10%)
» Help manage and implement content strategy and planned postings for social handles.
» Respond to customers’ queries and comments in social community.
» Work with business units to target the right audience, create new contents on social media platform and think of new ways to increase community engagement.
Requirements: » 4 years of practice in a similar function. Digital performance marketing practice is a plus.
» practice in working with digital and media agencies to manage campaign and media performances
» Solid knowledge of the key digital and social platforms, their use and targeting metrics, marketing mix planning, and web/campaign analytics, such as GA.
» practice in working with website optimisation tools for A/B and multivariate testing is a plus.
» Have strong research and analytical mindset and expertise. Able to understand digital statistics and generate insights to identify new business opportunities and drive business growth.
» Strong project management expertise
» Has excellent English verbal and written communication expertise. Good at data story-telling.
» High energy, team player and innovative thinker that is committed to building key relationships across the business to positively influence business results through digital
» capability to work independently on projects or team environment
» Is passionate about all things digital.
