JOB DESCRIPTION Marketing:

» Execute marketing and social media campaigns to maximise brand exposure.

» Research and monitor social media activities of competitors/trend.

» Content writing for website and blog.

» Assist in managing and optimizing Search Engine Marketing campaigns.

» Assist to updating the website content.

» Other ad-hoc Marketing tasks.

» Deliver personalised service over the telephone and email to patients on clinic services and treatments.

» capability to understand patients' needs and resolve patient queries efficiently and professionally.

» Manage patients feedback with good closure within the operational turnaround time.Requirements:

» Diploma holder

» At least 3 years of significant practice preferably in digital marketing function within simialar field

» Excellent interpersonal communications and telephone etiquette.
