» Managing everyday e-commerce operation such as order processing and generate everyday and weekly reports.
» Managing everyday stock level recording in e-commerce platforms.
» Carrying out price check and promotion activities in all online platforms.
» Creating product list in all online platforms.
» Liaising with online platforms buyers and e-commerce distributors to ensure promotions are publish timely.
» Working together with marketing team on the contents, concepts, design, email marketing and banner creation for each season, promotion and mailer campaigns.
» Evaluating and analyzing data gathered from online marketing campaign.
» Analyzing customer demographic, purchasing behavior and competitor activities to monitor trend and future sales growth.
» Establishing closed loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activities turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.You are Confident of having...
» Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Advertising / Media, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Mass Communications, Commerce or equivalent.
» At least 2 years of significant working practice.
» Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Photoshop skill.
» Basic expertise of the various e-commerce platforms.
» A team player who is dynamic, creative and resourceful
» expertise in Bahasa Indonesia or Tagalog is an added advantage.
