Responsibilities - Co-ordinate centre's matters with ESG, TP and AIC partner organisations
- Manage social media, centre website content and media requests or dealings from local and regional parties
- Oversee and develop publicity and marketing materials for promoting the centre's activities and achievements
- Conduct surveys and feedback channels for monitoring the centre's performance in projects, services and training
- Write and proof-read all centre materials including speeches for Centre Director
- Devise and present publicity and marketing strategies
- Scan environment for information or news relevant to the objectives and directions of the centre
- Organise and manage outreach activities, events and centre-related exhibitions
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by Centre Director
Prerequisites - Relevant experience in Business Administration or related field with at least 10 years' experience
- Goal-oriented, flexible and creative
- A well-connected individual with strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record in publicity, outreach and event management would be advantageous
- Able to perform multi-tasking on projects
