Job Descriptions: » Handling full spectrum of marketing plan and strategies.
» Plan and execute marketing promotions and campaigns.
» Support and manage projects/ events through careful execution of A & P activities such as product launches, events, sponsorships and road shows
» Post-campaign collating of information and analysing campaign performance and reporting
» Conducting market research/ monitoring competitor activities
» Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, POP, newsletters and e-newsletters etc
» contact and coordinate with advertising agency, design houses on various jobs from conceptualization to the final printed material
» Developing the social media strategy and upkeeping of the social media platforms including Facebook Fan page and Instagram
» Website Maintenance
» Ensure prompt delivery of all marketing materials including newsletter, publicity materials and website content
» Identifying opportunities and pitching for PR coverage in newspapers, magazines, online, radio and to work closely with media to drive brand consciousness
» Analysing CRM reports and developing targeted campaigns for various customer segments
» Maintaining and updating of customer database
» Handle enquiries/ complaints/ requests from public via phone/ email
» Sourcing and securing sponsorship where required
» Managing budget where required
» Any other marketing/ administrative tasks as assigned by Marketing ManagerKey Requirements:
» Min. Diploma holder in Business or Marketing field
» Min. 2 years practice in Beauty & Cosmetic industry or similar capacity preferred
» Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, frontlines and business partners
» Strong analytical mind in sales planning and strategies, competitive analysis
» Positive attitude and disciplined self-motivator
» Efficient, meticulous, initiative with multi-tasking abilities
» Japanese speaking will be advantaged
» Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications especially Ms Excel, Pivot table, PPT Presentation
