We are seeking a well-spoken, passionate, resourceful, self-starter to help with community building, events programming, marketing and PR, and handling all aspects of guest-relations. The ideal candidate should be someone highly-responsive who takes pride in managing our collection of Shophouses, with excellent written English, strong communication and presentation skills, and a passion for design/architecture/interpersonal relations/meeting new people.

Job Description Responsibilities: - Responding promptly to daily enquiries on our website and various online platforms
- Holding property viewings for potential members
- Building long-term relationships with members and developing a loyal tenant-base
- Handling day-to-day requests from members
- Organizing unique and cultural networking/co-living events for community
- Creating and maintaining a strong Social Media presence
- Providing Management with on-the-ground updates and feedback from members and partners
Requirements: - Excellent written English is a must for responding to daily enquiries
- Strong communication skills to serve our target market
- Great problem-solving attitude when handling member requests and a strong initiative
- Prior experience with Marketing and PR functions is a plus
