Our Center of Expertise Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Team in South East Asia designs and develops strategic HR programs for Recruitment and Employer Branding to strengthen our South-East Asia team with the best talents. Attraction, recruitment and retention of talented and ambitious people are crucial for our global business success. The team is responsible for the strategic planning, creation, facilitation and implementation of best practices to support Henkel’s vision and strategic goals.
Job Description What we offer (Description of Position, Key Tasks)
- Partner with COE team to drive the employer branding campaigns for SEA region including creating localised content, organising and supporting events and executing new branding initiatives
- Deploy Employer Brand materials as designed and planned
- Introduce new creative ideas to foster digitization
- Manage content and presentation of materials for recruiting in social media platforms
- Track the reputation and execute employer branding strategy into different channel and platform to increase visibility and positive outcome from reputation
- Partner effectively with external agencies that support us in delivery of employer branding initiatives
- Work closely with our Graphics Team to understand processes and successful delivery for multimedia content
- Be creative and bring new digital initiatives to the Talent Acquisition team, such as new channels, platforms and content ideas
What we are looking for (Requirements of Position)
- Bachelor’s degree in or Marketing/ Media / Communications or a related field
- Language: Fluent English spoken and written
- Familiarity with social media channels including but not limited to LinkedIn ,Glassdoor, Facebook and Instagram
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects at a time
- Experience writing, editing and crafting content for the social media space
- Demonstrated ability to follow brand guidelines
