This is full-time position in the APAC marketing department and includes planning and execution of campaigns and program to win, grow, and retain business for multiple product lines, including Dealspace and VIA. Responsibilities includes planning and managing campaigns and programs and events execution, leverage marketing and sales systems and databases, budget administration.
As part of the broader regional Field Marketing team, the Marketing Manager will work closely with regional sales leaders to define and identify relevant go to market strategy. The role requires the ability to develop marketing campaigns and programs, managed regional events execution, and managed budgets at a discrete country level as well as for the entire region as required by the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities - Developed and managed regional campaigns according to regional requirements. Organise the regional event execution and manage:
- Lead management (coordinate priorities with sales, create leads and follow up with statistics and summary)
- Liaison with event organisers to supply any necessary Intralinks information (logo, poster, promotional material.)
- Leads tracking, managed and upload post event results
- Pulling of relevant lists from sales systems
- Provide Bulk Upload requests for upload of new details into marketing systems
- Administration of campaign entries
- Work with sales leaders and reps to identify target market segments
- Create campaigns in sales systems and ensuring correct tagging of all contacts
- Work with Account Directors to support their requirements for regular communication with target market
- Work with regional Sales teams and partners on campaigns and initiatives Liaise with corporate and PR agency to manage PR and analyst relations Work with corporate on social marketing posts and communications to generate awareness and coverage for IL in agreed online social environments
- Prepare reports to track campaign activity and outcomes Lead management, set up alert functions in the calendar to advise sales of campaigns going out Coordinate providing and printing of any collateral for campaigns
Basic Qualifications - Minimum of 4 years of field marketing experience
- Understanding and interest in of both traditional marketing vehicles such as mail, email, customer events, as well as new media approaches.
- Sound working knowledge and experience in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com and/or Eloqua
- Sound understanding of strategic and technical aspects of demand generation, lead generation, lead scoring and nurturing, campaign management, email marketing, and data quality.
- Sound understanding of project management methods needed to manage program from end-to-end, within budget
- Sound analytical and reporting skills and attention to accuracy, process oriented.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
