Our client is looking for a clienteling candidate to come on-board to be in charge of a department of 6 staff. The next progression for the role will be Assistant Store Manager.
Client Details Our client is one of the biggest fashion distributor in the region. They carry multi-brands which represents fashion forward, quality, trends and status. As they continue to expand in Singapore's market, they are looking to have a supervisor to come and be in charge of a separate department in the Flagship store.
Description The candidate will report to the retail manager, also the store in charge for the flagship store. The various responsibility include:
- Coaching the staffs to adopt the clienteling style of selling
- Being a role model and set good example in the team
- Managing the schedule and the target for the team
- Churning reports and present to the Retail Manager
- Facilitate the Retail Manager to align the goals and targets for the store
- Working closely with the in-store stock keeper to ensure stocks are replenished
Profile Successful candidate must have
- At least 4 years of working experience in the retail industry
- Luxury retail experience is preferred
- Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding leadership ability
- Passionate for fashion
