Job Description - Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks. Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instruction on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments
Requirements Ø Typically a First Level University Degree in Natural Sciences and/or 0-4 years experience operating Analytical equipment.
Ø May include highly experienced individuals performing entry-level Analytical equivalent work who are non-degreed or degreed in a related field
Ø Strong theoretical knowledge/experience of chemical concepts and principles acquired through education, prior work experience or on-the-job training.
Ø Experienced and ability to independently use common laboratory equipment in the preparation of chemical mixtures and analysis of materials.
Ø Knowledge of theory and operating principles of several analytical instruments
Ø Has experience in independently operating analytical instruments.
Ø Technical knowledge and experience of good laboratory practices and safety rules
