Description Effective calendar management
Effective and accurate meeting scheduling
Travel arrangements (both point-to-point and complex)
Taking meeting minutes
Timely and accurate submission of expense claims
Prepare PowerPoint slides, drafting letters or memo
Organize meetings / events
Other adhoc duties may be required
Profile Experience in supporting a team would be a plus
Excellent communicator and good team player
Proactive and flexible in taking up ad-hoc responsibilities
Detail-oriented, able to ensure the accuracy of the information
Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
