Our client is looking for a Retail Manager with at least 3 years of multiple store management experience, coming from prominent luxury brand to join the organisation, working hand in hand with the MD.
Client Details Our client is a European luxury brand with rich heritage and high global reputation. They have been leading the luxury industry in Singapore as well as in Asia. As they continue with their expansion, they would like to recruit for a Retail Manager who is passionate for luxury fashion and having a strong background in managing multiple stores.
Description You will be reporting to the MD directly and your responsibility include the following :
- Report closely to the MD on retail floor performance and operations excellence
- Strategizing along side with regional management to come up with concrete development plans
- Working closely with Store Managers on the sales floor and rotating across multiple stores
- Leading and directing the Store Managers to align with the company vision, direction and guidelines
- Liaising with marketing department for discussion and execution
- Being in charge of BD when it comes to landlord management or expansion
Profile The successful candidate must have - At least 3 years of experience in managing multiple store
- prefer experience of managing at least 1 flagship store
- Having a diploma or degree in related field
- Passionate for luxury and have strong communication skills
