We are looking for a Department Manager, leading a team of 4 to 6 in luxury boutique environment.

As the business continues to thrive, they are looking for a responsible and passionate department manager to come on board, working at strategic location in Singapore.
Description You will report to the Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the staffs performance in the team
- Conducting training for staffs on products and services
- Reporting to the Store Manager for sales and staff updates
- Performing customer service and customer recovery
- Tracking sales KPI for the department
- Making sure VM of the department is proper and follows the brand guideline
Profile Suitable candidate should have
- At least 3 years of working experience in luxury retail
- Great customer service spirit
- Passion for luxury retail
- Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
- Able to work retail shift hour
