Our Client is a Leading Retail Player who is looking to hire an outstanding individual as their General Manager, Singapore who will provide leadership support and guidance to the local team. You will be the ambassador of the brand values and set strategic goals plus drive operational performance resulting in market share and profitability.
Reporting into the Regional Managing Director, you will have overall responsibility of the P&L to continue to operate and grow the existing portfolio of brands, establish new business and/or revenue streams, and ensure sales & profitability targets are achieved. One of the key requirements is to plan and develop collaborative partnerships with various business within the Group to further enhance business efficiency, revenue growth and develop greater customer affinity with the total Group. Very high on the agenda, would also to lead and manage digital transformation and omni-channel initiatives across various functions / operations within the business that supports improved productivity, better cost-management, enhanced customer experience and/or revenue growth. Finally, as a people leader, you will continue identifying, developing and growing talents across the organisation.
You are degree qualified with at least 15 years' experience in Sales + Marketing or General Management in the Retail/ Fashion industry. Strong experience working cross functionally with senior management team to drive business strategy. Past track record of driving digital transformation and omni-channel initiatives.
