Responsibilities - Full spectrum of marketing activities from strategic marketing planning to executing tactical marketing campaigns and strengthening branding & revenue targets
- Drive and utilize market research as well as consumer and competitive intelligence to define the product / brand and segment strategies
- Design and/or drive digital marketing initiatives for brand/s
- Establish brand mindshare and raise brand awareness through both traditional and digital distribution channels
- Create search engine optimization; SEO-driven content for website, social media/s for continual content enhancement, with possible traffic or ranking counts
- Managing appointed third party - vendors / agencies / designers
- Measure and report all marketing campaign/s performances with insights and assessment against goals and campaign ROI
- Build strategic relationships with key industries’ agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders with strong insights of Governmental-related initiatives.
- Well verse with in-store marketing communications at POP with effective display of materials consistent throughout and/or across outlets and stores
- Drive end-to-end marketing including concept development and execution, product development, product / brand marketing and positioning, pricing and marcom
- Effective management of design team and lead new launches, events, talks or public outreach
- Managing and driving loyalty programmes
- Excellent communication skills
Requirement - prior work experience with a life-style F&B company or fashion (apparels) related industry
- minimum 7 years of marketing experience in a related industry
- sound knowledge in integrated marcom and social media / digital platforms with familiarity on various forms of analytics.
