Description You will be responsible for - leading a team of 6-7 within the store
- being in charge of the day to day operations
- planning the roster of the sales staffs
- ensuring that the display aligns according to the VM deadline
- supervising the standard of customer service
- performing individual sales to drive revenue
- building CRM within the team
Profile Successful candidate must have
- at least 5 years of experience in retail and 2 years of management experience
- Passionate for fashion and luxury
- good track record of CRM skills and good customer service
- Strong leadership skills
- able to work in retail shift hours
