Our client is looking for a Boutique Manager who is passionate for fashion, who can be the brand ambassador and who is capable of the development a successful team.
Client Details Our client is the sole distributor of the High Street Fashion Brand that is renounced in the fashion industry. In recent years, the brand has been receiving growing attention and been endorsed by celebirties and influencers worldwide, forming a fashion culture on its own. As they continue to open new stores in Singapore, they are looking for a passionate individual to join on-board as a Boutique Manager
Description You will be responsible for - The day to day operations of the retail sales floor
- Monitoring and analysing into the performance of team
- Planning team roster and schedule
- Participate in customer service and improving the customer service experience
- Reporting to the management team with brand performance and staff performance
- Taking part in marketing event/ PR events when needed
Profile Successful candidate must have at least:
- 3 years of store managerial experience as ASM or supervisors
- knowledge of the fashion industry
- Passion for street fashion
- Good leadership skills and presentation skills
- Able to work in retail shift hours
