Job Summary: As a Sales Associate/Manager, you will represent the brand, evangelize our service to first-time renters and build relationships with loyal subscribers. If you would like to join us on our mission to redefine the way people consume fashion, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities: - Become a customer-centric expert in Pop-up store service: Greeting customers, order swaps, pick up and drop off, inventory questions, order issues, guide through the journey
- Provide the best experience for customer and handle every customer interaction with empathy and confidence, creating a positive, energetic environment
- Develop a keen understanding of the various customer scenarios that present in store, as well as how to provide incredible customer service in each situation
- Consistently deliver personalized service and demonstrate expert knowledge on style and fit of Style Theory inventory, specifically regarding various body-types, silhouettes, designers, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a YES attitude and customer first mindset
- Share customer feedback and information with other teams in order to continuously improve and evolve the in-store experience
- Serve as a proud brand ambassador, constantly championing our mission to change the way women get dressed
Requirements: - Based in Singapore.
