Our client is looking for an experienced individual in luxury retail boutique operations to be in charge of 6 boutiques in the APAC region.
Client Details Our client is an European brand with rich heritage in art, design and craftsmanship. It's name is renounced world wide and is now one of the top influential brand in APAC as well. With rapid expansion, they are now looking for a Retail Operations Assistant Manager or Supervisor to come on board, specialising in back-end operations and international guidelines.
Description The key responsibility of the candidate include but are not limited to :
- Reporting to the Retail Director for operations performances and improvements
- Receiving guidelines and learning new tech and system for new projects
- Managing back-end inventory improvement and stock management on a regular basis
- Managing store projects such as renovation and new store set-up
- Monitoring the usage of non-merchandise items within the store
- Working with different internal parties such as Merchandising, Finance, Logistics, and IT for inventory control
Profile Successful candidate must have
- At least 3 years in luxury retail operations
- Able to travel once every quarter to HQ and other APAC market
- Strong communication skills in managing different internal parties
- Strong hands-on spirit and attention for details
- Strong knowledge in operations system, back-end and relevant technology
