Data Analyst (General Business)
The role You’ll have front seat experience in impacting women across the globe through fashion and data.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across both online and offline data points to come up with actionable insights and wins for us to improve our omnichannel experience. You will play a pivotal role in championing a data-driven approach in our decision-making.

Main responsibilities - Understand how teams function, business KPIs and the levers interact within the organization so as to develop alongside business leads, the right metrics and supporting reports to value-add to the broader organization
- Build reports based on various data sources such as online sales data, website traffic, retail POS, customer segments etc., performing data validation and simple ETL when necessary
- Build relevant and engaging visualisations to provide clear visibility and quick and useful insights into the health of the business - across the organization (group and country level) and functions
- Ensure high degree of automation when it comes to regularly-tracked reports and dashboards on Tableau and Metabase
- Ability to deep dive to analyse data to interpret patterns, highlight challenges and areas of weaknesses, and suggest actionable solutions and improvements to the business
- Ability to slice and dice information and present findings and actionables in a succinct and easy-to-understand way to organization

Data Analyst (Special projects)

You will play a pivotal role in championing a data-driven approach in our decision-making.
Main responsibilities - Develop a deep understanding of our customers and operations through data to help us make better business decisions and drive our growth and strategy
- Define key performance metrics, build reports and perform analysis alongside business leads to efficiently monitor business health and uncover valuable insights to improve our operations
- Evaluate, design and implement analytics solutions that provide actionable insights and decision guidance / automation
- Mine large amounts of inventory, transactional, and clickstream data to find ways to improve our assortment, launch schedule and inventory planning process
- Develop statistical models to improve our decision making process and quantify commercial impact (e.g. analyse and forecast our sales and customer behaviour in the context of our launches and marketing initiatives)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop A/B tests to test hypotheses
- Support the development of our data infrastructure and develop a strong understanding of our data warehouse to improve the quality and scope of insights that it enables

You’ll have the opportunity to deep-dive into key strategic projects and work across both online and offline data points to come up with actionable insights and wins for us to improve our omni-channel experience. You will play a pivotal role in championing a data-driven approach in our decision-making.
Main responsibilities - You will be the ‘go-to’ person in our team for marketing and product related analytics
- Develop a deep understanding of how our marketing efforts, product and platforms influence user behaviour - design, build and maintain automated dashboards (Tableau / Metabase) for the marketing team and mine large amounts of clickstream and transactional data to develop a deep understanding of our customers (SQL / Python)
- Combine data from various sources e.g. Redshift / Google Analytics , performing data validation and simple ETL when necessary
- Understand how teams function, define key performance metrics, reports and analysis alongside business leads to value-add to the broader organization
- Own visualization and data story-telling - effectively communicate the outcomes/insights to various stakeholders to aid strategic decisions, especially for improvements in our marketing strategies and product
