Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)
You will be responsible for contributing to the growth of the regional accounting function. You will not only ensure timely preparation of key reports but also consolidate reports across our entities. You will also help to drive the improvement of accounting best practices in all of our operating entities.
Main Responsibilities - Ensure that all invoices are accurately booked into SAP system
- Prepare monthly reconciliation between vendors’ statements and SAP system
- Process monthly staff claims
- Liaise with suppliers on payment matters
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
You Should have/be

Accounts Assistant (Accounts Receivable)
You will be responsible for contributing to the growth of the regional accounting function. You will not only ensure timely preparation of key reports but also consolidate reports across our entities. Main Responsibilities - Handle full functions of Accounts Receivable
- Check and verify the daily sales and collection figures of the retail stores and online platforms and resolve any discrepancies
- Issue customer invoice, debit note, credit note and receipts
- Verify and resolve any customer’s billing issues
- Generate and send monthly statement of accounts to customers
- Maintain Business Partner Master Data in SAP system
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
You Should have/be

Requirements Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)
- You must possess a minimum of Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Experienced in SAP B1 is preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Accounts Assistant (Accounts Receivable)
- You must possess a minimum of Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Banking or an equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field is required
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
