Located in Singapore, you will report directly to the ZALORA General Counsel. With responsibility for ensuring that all legal administration, reporting, processes and systems function smoothly, you will liaise with people from all areas of ZALORA's business. This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Executive seeking to work as part of a dynamic and energetic Legal Team, in the burgeoning fashion e-commerce industry.
Responsibilities: - General administration support to the General Counsel
- Scheduling ZALORA Key Meetings; GRC Committee, Data Council Committee, ZALORA Philippines Board of Directors Meeting
- Acting as secretary to the ZALORA GRC Committee
- Managing the contract execution and storage process
- Regular litigation reporting
- Managing legal spend reporting
- Managing invoicing approval and payment processes
- Managing the legal matter database
- Compliance training records management
- Gifts, Hospitality & Entertainment records management
- Maintaining the ZALORA Legal Wikipage and GFG #One Compliance page
- DocuSign administrator and trainer for new users
- Managing Practical Law, KissFlow and World-Check users database
Requirements: Professional Qualifications: - Candidate must possess a Diploma or other tertiary qualification
- At least 3 year of work experience in a related field: legal office experience preferred
- Fluency in English (written and oral). Additional proficiency in an Asian language preferred
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel and Google office products
- General proficiency in computer literacy
