They are looking for someone creative, independent with experience in CRM management.
Description Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing brand and corporate marketing strategies and activities
- Understanding data report and analysis through soft-wares such as excel for trend analysis
- Managing client contacts and projects with internal department such as IT, retail analytic and operations
- Developing new partnerships with merchants and network
- Identifying key infrastructure of the loyalty card
- Evaluating market productivity and programs to suggest to the management
- Developing staffing plans budget and time schedules
Profile Successful candidate must have
- A relevant degree in marketing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM/ loyalty programme/ database management
- Ability to work in multi-functional environment and integrated marketing practices
- Market knowledge savvy of CRM and KPI tracking measurements
- Good communication skills
