Reporting into the General Manager, APAC the right individual will be responsible for development the Travel Retail business across Asia markets to deliver short and long term sales and profitability targets. As the brand is looking to expand its presence across the Asia market, you will prospect for new partners by networking through existing relationships with all regions of Travel Retail. You will also grow and manage existing accounts by presenting new ranges and updating the portfolios. Some of the other responsibilities would include, managing and reviewing product ranges according to product proposals, regulations and business opportunities (sales analysis, existing/new legal constraints, launch plan). Implementation of counter management excellence programs. Managing sales performance with local teams to reach KPI objectives. As the right candidate, you are degree qualified with at least 12 years' sales management experience in Travel Retail industry. Exposure in Beauty, Fashion or FMCG is preferred.
