Responsibilities - Define and manage project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with customers, management, vendors and stakeholders
- Manage the overall project, budget, tasks, estimates, work breakdown schedule, project performance and associated deliverables from start to finish
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and when required, negotiate with other stakeholders including in-country business units/teams, IT teams and vendors for the acquisition of personnel (including additional staff and/or external consultants)
- Coach, motivate and supervise project team members in a matrix organization structure, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work within tight timelines
- Maintain liaison with vendors and stakeholders on technical, management, budgetary and resourcing matters concerning the project
- Effectively communicate and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project

Qualifications - Strong project management skills with a proven track record in systems implementations a must
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people of different nationalities and disciplines and align them to achieve a common goal in a matrix organization structure a must
- Strong organizational skills, and able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge and experience in WMS implementation, especially with warehouse automation integration a big plus
- Experience in implementing Infor SCE will be advantageous
- Minimum of 4 years direct work experience in an IT project management capacity
- Flexible during times of change and able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines promptly and efficiently
- Strong written and oral communication skills
