They are now looking for one customer service executive to join their growing business.
Description As a Customer Service Executive, you will:
- Act as the point of contact among customers, sales team and any other cross-functional teams.
- Manage and control the customer traffic flow in a professional manner.
- Attend to customer's inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as and when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Profile The successful applicant will possess: - At least 1 years of experience working within service industries.
- Experience working with high-end restaurants and/or hotels is a huge advantage.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
