Client Details Our client is regarded as a leading luxury brand across the globe, in operation for more than a century globally with many outlet stores in Singapore, they are always standing at the forefront of the fashion industry and dedicate themselves to offer the best customer experience. They are now looking for one concierge/host to join their growing business.
Description As a Concierge/Host, you will:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Profile The successful applicant will possess: - At least 1 years of experience working within service industries.
- Experience with airlines preferred.
- Experience working with high-end restaurants and/or hotels preferred.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
