They are looking for talented individuals to join their growing business as a Store Sales Manager RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve sales target by selling products and provide a professional customer service Undertake all tasks (shop floor and BoH) set by the store management team in a timely manner Support sales staffs to achieve their individual sales target and store target Identify strategies to ensure performance standards are met Analyse monthly CRM database to facilitate and execute the CRM activities Oversee shop floor to ensure the smooth of operations Coach sales staffs in selling competencies, products and the brand Other duties were assigned REQUIREMENTS: Min 5 years working experience in sales management experience in luxury retail and service-related industry Excellent in problem solving, time management and communication skills Ability to catch up with new technologies and ideas OTHER INFORMATION: Location : Orchard/MBS Working days : Rotating shift (10 am - 10 pm) Salary : Negotiable + uncapped commission The Company strives to achieve employee satisfaction and provides conducive working environment, attractive incentives and remuneration to all staff.
