We are currently Southeast Asia's largest and fastest growing Fashion Rental startup. Our core product is a Fashion Rental Subscription using a “Netflix-for-Fashion” model, the first and only of its kind in the region. Today, we are focused on building more products to improve Fashion Consumption and driving these solutions across the region.
Job Summary: The Digital Activation Executive will be responsible for implementing and monitoring of all paid advertising efforts which contributes towards the company's growth targets. Campaign management responsibilities include and is not limited to: media planning, buying, tracking, optimization and reporting while paid media activation will span across a multitude of digital channels and formats such as social media ads (E.g. Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, Twitter), display ads (E.g. ad networks, programmatic ads, mobile ad networks), native ads & also search ads. The role will also be responsible for keeping abreast of new developments in digital marketing, and to identify new growth hacking opportunities through paid advertising.
Responsibilities: - Own the planning and implementation of digital paid advertising campaign.
- Plan and provide recommendations on all aspects of paid ad campaigns including budgets, platform mix, ad formats, targeting strategy and top line content
- Set up campaigns on self-served platforms and ensure that proper tracking is in place
- Monitor and optimise campaigns on a regular basis to ensure that spends and performance are both on track.
- Analyse and report campaign performance to other internal stakeholders on a regular basis with learnings and actionable recommendations.
- Educate internal stakeholders on best practices & provide actionable insights
- Research, assess and champion new media opportunities (E.g. emerging platforms, advertising innovation, competitive landscape)
Requirements: - Passionate about the evolving world of digital marketing and performance media
- Effective time management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize
- Able to produce high-quality work within a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Meticulous with high attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strongly numerate and comfortable manipulating data sets
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics / Omniture is desired but not essential.
- Knowledge of other ad tech platforms is an advantage
