StyleTheory is a Fashion-Technology company that is redefining Fashion Consumption. We believe that there is an inefficiency in the way we consume fashion in today's world, and are on a mission to provide a smarter solution.

We are currently Southeast Asia's largest and fastest growing Fashion Rental startup. Our core product is a Fashion Rental Subscription using a “Netflix-for-Fashion” model, the first and only of its kind in the region. Today, we are focused on building more products to improve Fashion Consumption and driving these solutions across the region.

Job Summary:

The team works across all departments at Style Theory to drive and enable growth of the business. We lead mission critical, cross-functional efforts, deliver objective analysis and insights, incubate new roles, and execute on strategic initiatives. You may dig into winning new market segments, design new business systems and processes, help us build and launch new products, or unlock new revenue opportunities. Whatever it is, you work on what will move the needle most for Style Theory. If you like hard problems, are analytical, undaunted by ambiguity and unafraid of execution, this role might be for you!

Responsibilities:

• Work on the highest-impact business problems and deliver top priority cross-functional strategic projects (including evaluation and launch of new product lines)
• Perform analyses and research that help us make the right growth decisions
• Identify improvement areas and opportunities within our businesses
• Identify, diagnose and resolve performance issues
• Incubate and help run new teams
• Communicate effectively across all levels (within the team, to cross-functional partners, to leadership / executives)

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in engineering, math, statistics, physics, computer science, business or related discipline
• Work experience in a strategy related role with an emphasis on quantitative skills
• Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy or an operational or growth role within a technology company is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and extremely organized with strong project management skills
• Highly analytical, with experience decomposing and solving real world business problems, ideally building/using advanced models
• Familiar with Excel and/or other analytical tools such as SQL
• Be willing to learn and absorb a large amount of information
• Ability to travel internationally
