We are currently Southeast Asia's largest and fastest growing Fashion Rental startup. Our core product is a Fashion Rental Subscription using a “Netflix-for-Fashion” model, the first and only of its kind in the region. Today, we are focused on building more products to improve Fashion Consumption and driving these solutions across the region.
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager. This person directly owns performance outcomes for the Social Media Organic channels, and will be responsible for overseeing all social media strategies across all existing and future social platforms, training and leading a team of social media executives to create and implement highly effective, creative, on-brand and shareable social media campaigns, and report directly to the Head of Marketing.
In this role, he/she is expected to work closely with the content, performance marketing, KOL and product team leads to ensure that social media plans are effectively integrated into brand marketing and paid media efforts, as well as leverage any potential earned and owned media opportunities.

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on leader who will actively seek opportunities and inspire his/her team members to raise the bar for the strategic approach, creative development and execution within the social media space. He/She will formulate best-practices and performance measurement tools to direct and train the team to be able to think analytically and creatively while engaging with the audience and leveraging the benefits of each platform.
Apart from social media marketing, he/she plays a major role in community management; working collaboratively with the founders, brand manager and customer experience team to brainstorm and execute community-driven projects that help enhance brand loyalty and reputation. In addition, he/she will be building strong relationships with the #womenofstyletheory community and ultimately, converting them to become brand advocates (our superfans)!

Responsibilities: - Own the development of a strategic social media marketing plan across all new and existing social media channels to drive acquisition performance KPIs
- Own the social presence for both Style Theory Apparel and Bags product lines, ensure a strong “voice” and curated brand presence via visual and copy consistency on existing Facebook and Instagram feeds, stories, posts
- Develop social KPIs to grow and scale Style Theory's social initiatives and expand audience outreach
- Build, inspire and lead a team of social media executives in brainstorming ideas, content creation and execution to meet all performance objectives
- Develop strong internal channel reporting and execution processes to ensure a scalable and sustainable operational setup for the social team
- Lead the development and execution of a wide range of content formats, including video, static image, animation, live action, texts (long-form and short-form)
- Provide inspirational, original ideas and thought-leadership to reach and entice target audiences
- Contribute to overall marketing content planning and creation; write original, thought-provoking and creative content pieces that will be used on all owned social channels
- Work collaboratively with the Content, Design and Production Teams to create briefs and quality artworks that bring the marketing campaign ideas to live
- Work collaboratively with the Product Marketing Manager to understand channel KPIs and develop strategies based on hypothesis and insights from internal and external data/statistical analysis
- Work collaboratively with Customer Experience Team to ensure quality control of the company's relevant conversations and responses in social media, and create a seamless customer experience in-app and on social
- Work collaboratively with marketing channel stakeholders to improve content strategy and maximise distribution of assets, and develop strategies to drive impact for the business
- Discover and work with platforms or agencies to find effective ways to execute and measure social media marketing plans that will maximise engagement, boost sharing, talk value and advocacy
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar field/scope of work
- Passionate about the Fashion and Sharing Economy space
- Good understanding of social media channels, digital trends, audience, etc
- Detailed and action-oriented
- Enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Strong communication skills, work well in a team setting
- Excellent writing skills; able to effectively communicate information and ideas in written format
- Strong willingness to learn and grow independently, has an owner/builder mentality
- A knack for developing interesting, innovative and creative concepts
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prior experience in e-commerce a plus
