We are currently Southeast Asia's largest and fastest growing Fashion Rental startup. Our core product is a Fashion Rental Subscription using a “Netflix-for-Fashion” model, the first and only of its kind in the region. Today, we are focused on building more products to improve Fashion Consumption and driving these solutions across the region.
Job Summary: As the Senior Search Marketing Manager, you are directly responsible for growing brand awareness and customer acquisition through Search Marketing, and play a key role in the overall expansion of Style Theory's business.
In this role, you are expected to be a thought-leader and visionary to grow the Search Marketing portfolio and create a strategy for Style Theory to leverage SEO, SEM, and other relevant channels to grow the business. You will independently lead, manage and execute on all Search Marketing projects, and drive performance through both paid and organic efforts.
You will work closely with other teams on projects related to SEO/SEM, and report directly to the Head of Marketing to budget, report, track, and make recommendations on campaign spending in order to track the business' needs and planned growth trajectory.
Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of Search Marketing channels and projects, building of portfolio roadmap, planning and execution of end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, KPIs, reporting and inter-team processes to support the success of Search Marketing for Style Theory
- Execute directly on SEO/SEM campaigns, conduct a/b tests to constantly iterate and test campaign variants, identify winning insights, creative strategies and targeting sets for constant optimisation of campaign and marketing spend efficiency
- Identify gaps in our technical foundation for effective Search Marketing and work closely with product and tech teams to develop and deploy solutions to support SEO/SEM efforts
- Develop competitive market trend and research strategies (e.g keyword research), and collaborate closely with content development teams to create process and provide guidance on how to best leverage these insights in our content creation
- Work with the Head of Marketing to track and report performance by building and automating dashboards to support your recommendations on budget optimisation to meet acquisition and retention KPIs
- Support Marketing team in the holistic deployment of Marketing themes, campaigns and growth strategies on digital channels across the entire Marketing calendar
Requirements: - At least 5 years of working experience in a digital marketing, performance-based marketing, with prior experience managing SEO, SEM, PPC
- Working executional experience of Paid Digital Marketing channels such as Google Adwords, Content Blogs, PPC, Content Boosting, Facebook Advertising
- Excellent knowledge of the search digital marketing landscape and key partners, vendors and platforms in the space
- Passionate about the Fashion and Sharing Economy space
- Action-oriented, and enjoys the challenges of a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Strong analytical skills, must love working with data and technical setups, able to relate to qualitative aspects of work

- Prior experience in Excel, Python, PostgresSQL, MySQL, R or other programming/database languages a plus
- Prior experience with technical/analytical/tracking toolsets such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Bigquery, Tableau, Amazon Redshift, Google Cloud, Google Tag Manager a plus
