RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and direct customers with a professional manner Consult clients with the accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers questions about specific products/services Ensure and manage clients for recurring sales Develop working knowledge of a full-suite of products (Fashion, Accessories, Leather Goods, etc) REQUIREMENTS: Min 2 year working experience in luxury fashion retail industry Experience in customer service and communication skills.
