Due to their growth agenda for the region, there is now a role for a Supply Chain Network Optimization Manager, APAC. You will be seated with the regional team based in Singapore driving various initiatives in implementing changes by proposing pragmatic solutions to drive the overall APAC business. You will spearhead the collaboration on the development and implementation of supply planning, transport management, warehouse and service level improvements at distributors. In this role, the core responsibilities would revolve around overall network optimization, project management and continuous improvement. To be successful in this position, you need to possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in network optimization, project management and/ or continuous improvement. You work best as an individual contributor and able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from all levels. Prior knowledge of the China market gained by being physically based there or directly engaging with the stakeholders would be a good addition as this is one of the key market. A combination of FMCG/ Retail and 3PL/ 4PL experience is highly desired.
